Role: In charge of a Custom Colors® Cosmetics boutique
Responsibilities: Client Focused
- Open boutique.
- Clean boutique exterior. Clean external windows and surfaces. In winter, sweep snow onto the road, away from the pavement, and clear path leading up to the boutique.
- Vacuum clean, dust and wash inside boutique floor.
- Clean internal windows, shelves, appliances, all surfaces.
- Fill the fountain with water to the required level, ensure it is kept in perfect working order.
- Water plants.
- Set up boutique music.
- Create boutique atmosphere: calm, relaxing, spa look and feel.
- Take Clients’ telephone calls, respond to enquiries and book appointments.
- Collect Clients’ contact details (email and phone numbers) and record in database.
- Welcome Clients to the boutique.
- Explain Custom Colors® Cosmetics brands to Clients.
- Sell Custom Colors® products and services to Clients.
- Record and document sales.
- Invite Clients to make appointments for new products and services within two weeks of their visit. Book these appointments immediately.
- Send reminder email and / or SMS text to Clients a day before their scheduled appointment.
- Follow-up Clients and document their comments regarding products and services received.
- Clean boutique as necessary throughout the day.
- Clean boutique at the end of the day.
- Close boutique at the end of the day.

Directly Reporting to: Custom Colors® Management
Staff Working Hours:
Monday: closed
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Saturday: closed
Sunday: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (by Client appointment only)
Remuneration: Attractive Sales Commission Compensation Plan
